Meeting targets in a pandemic
When Parag joined Ninjacart as a Sales Executive in March 2020, he only had one goal – to surpass all targets and showcase his capabilities. During the first lockdown, he worked hard to build great relationships with customers and meet targets. Parag was often recognized and rewarded for his incredible work; his biggest achievement was when he got promoted to Territory Business Manager in only 6 months.
Customers come first
When the second wave of the pandemic hit, kirana stores were allowed to operate for only 4 hours in the day. Yet, Parag regularly visited them to gather feedback and improve on services. Unfortunately, he got infected by COVID-19 and had to home quarantine. Afraid of losing customers while he was away, he made sure his customers’ needs were met by getting regular updates from his executives.
Always doing the right thing
After he recovered, Parag was eager to get back on the field. At times, he would notice people by the road stranded and looking for food. Most of them were daily wagers who could not earn during the lockdown. Parag decided to spend all his incentive earnings on food and water for these people. A few customers were inspired by his generosity and started to volunteer as well. Parag is happy to use his hard-earned money to do good for people who need it the most.
