Ninjacart Fights COVID 19

Please follow the instructions as shown below to register on the Ninjacart app —
- Download the Ninjacart App from the playstore. We don’t have an iOS app
- Enter your mobile number and enter the OTP
- Enter your apartment name and address in “shop details” page (Please select this otherwise it will be rejected)
- Select your location on the map
- Upload your pan card photo (in place of shop image)
Ninjacart will verify and activate your account. Once activated, if you’re in our serviceable area
you will be able to view all our available fruits and vegetables products and place your order.
We’re taking orders in the following cities —
Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune and Hyderabad

FAQs
- Is my apartment serviceable?
Once you register, the app will show you whether your apartment is within our delivery radius. - Can I place individual orders?
The minimum order quantity for a society bulk order (which can include multiple products) is 50 kgs. - When can we place the order?
Order to be placed on Ninjacart app 2 days in advance, between 10 am to 8 pm which is when the ordering facility is open. Our system assigns available stocks during the day on first-ordered-first-serve basis. So it is advised to place the order in the morning to avoid product stock outs. - How soon can we get delivery?
Order placed on day 0 (e.g. Monday) will be delivered on day 2 (e.g. Wednesday) between 6 am to 6 pm. Given the current lockdown, in very rare cases the delivery may get delayed to day 3. - Why is my cart closed?
Due to ongoing lockdown, from time to time we may halt our operations in certain cities and certain areas with the cities. We are live wherever we have our manpower and approval from the local government authorities. If we’re not operational at someplace, you can check again in 1-2 days. - Will the bulk order be segregated and delivered to flats?
We’re trying to arrange for a local agent who can assist with weighing and segregating orders, but given the current COVID 19 lockdown this isn’t guaranteed. So you should be able to segregate at your end without our help also. - Can we pay on delivery?
Payment to be made online within the app itself after order placement through UPI, Paytm, Net Banking or Debit & Credit cards. - What if full order is not delivered?
There may be cases where some products/portion of your order may become unavailable, in which case we will inform you of the exact readjustment the night before delivery and refund the balance amount in your account wallet. - How will you ensure product quality?
We are facing serious manpower issues across the supply chain so we are not able to grade 100% of our products So please bear with us if there are small quality issues. Also due to manpower shortage, we may not clean some of our crates and they may be slightly dirty.
