In 2019, Ninjacart was starting out in Pune. I saw the opportunity to restart my career and joined as an Associate Operations Executive. I worked hard with zero errors, and in only 2 months, I got promoted to Executive. I kept up my pace, and soon I became a Cluster Manager. All along, I made it a point to build good relationships with customers and stakeholders. As a result, In June 2021, I achieved the highest customer base in Pune, for which I earned the Best Performer award.

The most significant stint of my career was being a Cluster Manager. It was my responsibility to manage 9 MDCs, and I gave my 100% to the job. Since the project was new, I had to set up all the processes from scratch. I managed labours, completed GRNs on time, and ensured all vehicles were aligned by 3 am for arrivals at MDC or deliveries to customers. Ninjacart gave me the confidence to tackle any situation without fear. I learnt the importance of having the right attitude and staying humble while dealing with people. My hunger to achieve goals and targets has given me a lot of success in my career. Before Ninjacart, I had never travelled out of Maharashtra. But, for the very first time, I got to fly from Pune to Delhi. When my parents saw the flight tickets, they were so happy and proud — this was my greatest achievement and a moment I will never forget.
